Quality Policy

We supply mineral products that match the specification you ordered, shipment after shipment, with the documents to prove it. If something is not right we want to hear about it and we will put it right.

Everything we supply is processed by Dalian Huanqiu Minerals Co., Ltd., whose management systems are independently certified to:

• ISO 9001:2015, quality management
• ISO 14001:2015, environmental management
• ISO 45001:2018, occupational health and safety

The current certificates can be viewed in the Quality section of our home page.

Each batch is tested by the manufacturer before release. Depending on the grade, testing covers:

• Chemical composition by XRF and XRD
• Particle size distribution
• Whiteness and brightness
• Moisture content and loss on ignition
• Density, sedimentation and aspect ratio
• Screening for contamination

• A certificate of analysis for the batch
• A safety data sheet for the product

Please keep the batch number from your certificate of analysis. It lets us and the manufacturer trace a shipment back to its production and test records.

Tell us as soon as you can at support@plminerals.com.au, with the batch number and a description of the problem, and keep the affected product and packaging. We will investigate with the manufacturer, tell you what we find, and agree a remedy with you.

We review customer feedback and any complaints with the manufacturer, and use them to improve specifications, packaging and service.
