This website is operated by Pacificlink Minerals Pty. Ltd. (ABN 47 126 430 155). Part A covers your use of the website. Part B sets out the general terms on which we quote and supply products. By using the website or ordering from us you agree to these terms.

Where we have a signed supply agreement or a written quotation with you, the terms of that document prevail over Part B to the extent of any inconsistency.

You may view, download and print material from this website for the purpose of evaluating and buying our products. You must not use the website unlawfully, attempt to interfere with its operation, or reproduce its content for another commercial purpose without our written permission.

We try to keep the website accurate and available, but we do not promise that it will be uninterrupted or free of errors, and we may change or withdraw content at any time.

Unless otherwise stated, we or our licensors own the content of this website, including text, design, logos and graphics. Photographs credited to third parties are used under the licences stated beside them. Certificates and specifications of Dalian Huanqiu Minerals Co., Ltd. are reproduced as its exclusive Australian distributor.

This website links to third-party websites for your convenience. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or practices.

All products are subject to availability. Prices may change without notice until a quotation is issued. A quotation is valid for 30 days unless it states otherwise, and is not an offer capable of acceptance until we confirm your order in writing.

Minimum order quantities apply. Unless we agree otherwise in writing, shipping terms are FOB origin, and payment terms are net 30 days from invoice for approved accounts. We may require payment in advance or other security.

Published specifications are typical values from the manufacturer. The certificate of analysis supplied with a shipment is the record of what that batch contains. We may correct errors and update specifications at any time.

You are responsible for deciding whether a product is suitable for your application and process, including by testing it. Our product information page explains this in more detail.

Delivery dates are estimates. Risk in the products passes to you on delivery under the agreed shipping terms. Title passes to you when we have received payment in full.

Please inspect each delivery when it arrives and tell us in writing within 14 days if you believe the products do not match the order or the certificate of analysis, keeping the products and packaging available for inspection.

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any guarantee, right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law or any other law that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Where the law allows us to limit our liability for a failure to comply with a consumer guarantee, our liability is limited, at our option, to replacing the products, supplying equivalent products, or paying the cost of doing so.

Subject to the previous section, and to the extent the law permits: our total liability for any claim arising from the supply of products is limited to the price paid for the products concerned; and we are not liable for loss of profit, loss of production, or any indirect or consequential loss.

These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Each party submits to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria and the Commonwealth of Australia.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page at the time of your order applies to that order.
